Once you click record, FlowKit captures the clicks, typed text, and page navigations you make on any site you visit, in order. When you're done, you name the workflow and save it.
The Free plan is capped at 3 workflows, enforced server-side. If you need more, the Pro plan will offer unlimited workflows once it launches.
No. When a workflow is published, the actual input values recorded at that time — typed text, selected options — are automatically stripped out. A published template only ever shows which fields and buttons are being automated; neither your data nor the original recorder's is ever included.
No. FlowKit only uses four minimal permissions: storage, activeTab, scripting, and alarms. It doesn't ask for access to all your tabs at all times — it only works with the tab you're actively interacting with while recording or replaying.
During replay, FlowKit first tries to find the recorded element; if the page changed slightly, it falls back to alternative selectors to complete the step anyway. For larger structural changes, you may need to re-record the workflow.
